You know that i love you, you know that i care.
I know that you love me and all of my flare.
But love should be more than doing what's expected.
Whats expected..
You bring me flowers and chocolate and tell me im pretty.
I call you handsome and kiss you and say something witty.
But thats all, all that happens, all it is.
A perfect exchange, a gentle kiss.
No butterfly's in my stomach or sparkle in your eye.
But also no sweet word unspoken or forgotten kiss goodbye.
Its perfect exept its not, its a little girls dream.
Its just not hitting the right spot.
Its just not for me.
So what do i do?
Well i said goodbye.
